Sermon on the Mount Bible Study
Begins October 8
Join Pastor Susie for a six-week Bible study on the Sermon on the Mount. This class for adults will take place on Zoom on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM, beginning on October 8 and concluding on November 12. We will utilize a new book and video series by renowned biblical scholar, Dr. Amy-Jill Levine. The book is entitled, Sermon on the Mount: A Beginner’s Guide to the Kingdom of Heaven and is widely available to order on Cokesbury, Amazon, Target, etc. Please purchase the book for yourself and read the first chapter prior to our first session on October 8.
We will view the videos together during class, but if you want to see a preview of the first session, CLICK HERE! If you would like to have the ability to watch the video segments on your own, you might consider purchasing an individual subscription to Amplify Media for a couple of months that gives you streaming access to this study and a whole library of other resources as well.
