During our 9:30 am Sunday morning worship service on March 5th, all of our music will be from, and in the style of, the Taizé tradition. Taizé music emphasizes simple phrases, usually lines from Psalms or other pieces of Scripture, repeated and sometimes also sung in canon, and is used by congregations all over the world. The music facilitates the worship of God and the songs of Taizé thus make it possible for people throughout the world to be linked in common praise of God. Our worship will combine voices and instruments and all are invited to participate. It is our hope that this Lenten service will be a meaningful time of prayer and reflection for all. Be sure to bring your friends and family to this special music Sunday!
